ABBA-QUADS WARRANTY POLICY

The ABBA-QUADs ATV carries a 180 day parts and labor warranty at our workshops in Madrid, Spain.

• This warranty covers the engine, frame and transmission
• This warranty does not cover the replacement of expendable maintenance items made in connection with required maintenance service such as:

--Spark Plugs                            --Lubricants

--Filters                                       --Hoses

--Brake Shoes/Pads                --Tires

• This warranty does not cover the plastic fairings unless a defect is found when the ATV is unpackaged.
• Exclusions:  Failures other than those resulting from defects in material or workmanship are not covered in this warranty.  This warranty does not extend to any one of these cases listed below:

1.      Exceeding the warranty period.

2.      Owner fails to use and maintain the ATV based on the requirements stated in the owner’s manual.

3.      Parts or accessories affected or damaged by improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, theft, fire, accident and/or collision and any other incidental or consequential damage.

4.      Use of unsuitable attachments, or parts, or unauthorized alteration of any parts.
